Respect at work™

​

Sexual harassment in the workplace is a serious and widespread problem. The effects of sexual harassment can be severe for individuals, workplaces, and whole communities. The good news is that prevention is possible. Developed by the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape (PCAR), Respect at Work™ is designed to support rape crisis centers in partnering with local employers to implement a holistic approach to preventing workplace sexual harassment.

Respect at Work™ differs from traditional, liability-based workplace training models. Respect at Work™ is holistic, comprehensive, collaborative, customized, and bystander-focused.

Our staff works with you to schedule programs at your convenience. This training is available virtually.
